Meet Christine Haag

Christine Haag has been helping to improve the lives of her clients for over 25 years. She became a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician and Cosmetologist in 1980 and has maintained the utmost professionalism and safety throughout the years. Christine is well-known for her artistic application of permanent makeup as well as her ability to relate to her clients and make them feel comfortable and relaxed.

In 1992 she received her Certificate of Permanent Makeup application from A.I.I.C. She holds a certificate from The National Cosmetic Tattoo Informational Symposium as well as The American Cosmetic Tattoo Symposium. Christine is proficient in a variety of Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and has continued her education in today’s most advanced technology in both Skincare and Permanent Makeup application.

Meet Tim Haag

Tim served as surgical assistant to nationally renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Jack Fisher M.D. He has trained with world renowned Dr. Patrick Bitters Jr. developer of the Sciton BBL FotoFacial™️ procedure. Tim has also completed training in Advanced Injectable Techniques through Johns Hopkins University, as well as several training courses with Mauricio de Maio M.D, world leading Brazilian plastic surgeon and expert in facial fillers.

Tim has attended many certification programs and holds over seven certificates of training in the use of laser techniques for therapeutic applications. In 1992 Tim received his Certificate of Permanent Makeup application from A.I.I.C. He also holds a certificate from The National Cosmetic Tattoo Informational Symposium as well as The American Cosmetic Tattoo Symposium.

Meet Dr. Brian Oslin

Dr. Oslin, a Chattanooga, Tennessee, native, graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals in 1994, where he served as Chief Resident from 1993 to 1994. After training in acute and reconstructive burn surgery at Vanderbilt University Burn Center, he completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Oslin has been in private practice since 1996. In 2001 he formed Oslin Plastic Surgery, PLLC.

Dr. Oslin is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.  He has surgical privileges at St. Thomas Hospital West and St.Thomas Midtown Hospitals, and Centennial Medical Center.

You can expect a warm, welcome greeting into our lobby with a calm and refreshing atmosphere. You will meet with either Tim or Christine for a complimentary consultation where your concerns will be addressed with a professional, customized, no-pressure approach.

We request that you give 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling whenever possible, however we understand that extenuating circumstances does not always allow it. For certain procedures, a non-refundable, transferable deposit is required.

Payment in full (less any deposit) is due at the time of service, payable by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept Care Credit. We do not accept health insurance at this time.

We are located on the first floor of The Doctors Pavillion at 1916 Patterson Street, on the corner of 20th Avenue and Patterson Street, near St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. There is a large parking lot at The Doctors Pavillion.
